Stayed for a night during New Years.It looked wrecked on one wall street side but it was normal business inside. Room was clean and perfectly ready. They were hit by a hurricane so as expected. Will recommend it was La Quinta. You won't have problems here it was comfortable. Staff was nice.
Booking with this place had to be the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a hotel and I have traveled many places as Active Duty military. I booked almost a week out from my visit and informed them I would be checking in late since I was driving from Texas. Upon arrival (just after midnight) we were greeted at the front desk and informed they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. The employee at the front desk was fairly new, so I don’t fault him for not knowing what to do at that point, but when he contacted the hotel manager, the manager stated, “Well were sorry we just don’t have the space” and offered no additional assistance. I then contacted central booking for Wyndham hotels myself and tried for 51 minutes (yes I kept track) to try and get another room closer to the area. They attempted to put me in a hotel in a terrible area with some of the worst reviews and still wanted me to pay for it. I refused over and over again until they hung up on me, which at that point it was approximately 2AM! My family ended up having to sleep in our truck until we could check into a room the next day. NEVER WILL I BOOK WITH WYNHAM HOTELS AGAIN AND I WOULD ADVISE THAT OTHER MILITARY PERSONNEL CONSIDER THE SAME.
Room was fine but no mention on the site about no amenities available at all, e.g no food, fitness center, business center...nothing.
Not the best hotel experience but I've had worse too.
Love this Motel. One of the best I have ever stayed in. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They put out Breakfast extra early for those of us that work in the chemical plants. Housekeeping does an amazing job with their responsibilities. This place has a Home away from home Atmosphere. Best place to stay in town. Book with Confidence.
