I'm only giving it four stars because the breakfast was lackluster. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience. Nice employees who didn't snitch on us having a cat in our hotel room. He is a registered emotional support animal, so it probably would've been fine. The room was super clean and tidy. They even had the tv remote wrapped up in plastic wrap. The elevator kept making strange noises and would jerk up every time it would make a stop, which scared the hell out of me.
I want to start by saying that this place is amazing when it comes to service dogs! I had one employee that was not as educated about certain things and before I could say anything the hotel manager was already educating her and making sure that in the future she knows the right awnsers. That meant alot to me because in the past we have had some bad experiences with being a service dog handler. Also the staff here all around are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you will be in town.

The door didn't lock, you could just push it open, we had trouble all weekend with the 1 key we were given. The pillows were worn out and super soft.
Amazing and cheerful staff, very energetic, bubbly, rooms are very well put together and clean. If I could I would go back and stay a whole 2 weeks I'mma miss the staff
