Walmart Pharmacy

Rating the experience I just had. I decided to have my meds mailed after having my wbc drop after a cancer treatment. I didn’t want to risk my health or the need to wait in line despite ordering my meds through the online app. After making the order I was called the next day to give my debit card info despite it already being in their system for a year and never needing to pay for this particular medicine. Five days later I still haven’t received the meds in the mail. I am also now dealing with the harsh withdrawal symptoms from having to stop the meds abruptly after I haven’t received them in time. Something that should never be done.nToday I called in to see if I could have someone pick up a couple of the meds until my order is in and after explaining the entire situation the person I sent had to call me because no one had a clue until we told them again why and what was going on.nThis has not only been completely unprofessional but is a hazard to my health.

Nice people and good non- recreational drugs.

I only use this pharmacy as a last resort. There is always an issue with getting my medication after waiting for more than hour. Two prescriptions, both written today and after waiting for them to locate the second prescription they tell me it’s too early to fill by 1 day. The first one is filled and ready. Today is day 29 so now in the middle of a Pandemic with a mom who has a compromised immune system I have to put myself and family at risk again tomorrow because of their policy. My doctor is local and I had my husband off work watching the kids so it was the closest pharmacy. Next time I’ll take the forty-five minute drive and go elsewhere. This is hands down By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with on multiple occasions.

Takes way too long to get a prescription filled here!!!

I drop off a prescription for pain meds (Injured my finger play ball over the weekend) and they called me an hour later to tell me they can't fill the script because I hadn't had this particular type of meds this year. If you can go elsewhere... by all means; DO SO!
