Robert was very knowledgeable and honest. They did great work and it was done in a timely manner. He believed the leaking was coming from my chimney and actually took the time to custom make a very large cap for the entire chimney out of sheet metal. He did not try to upsell me and gave me a fair price.
I could not have chosen a better company, They do wonderful work, They have great crews ,They do excellent work. I was at my witts end trying to get other repairs did on my home and Michael sub contracted my other work out to another company for me, They also did great work, Michael always answered calls when I would call him, and always let me know what was going on. 5+ Stars Excellent work! They removed the old roof materials properly and installed the new top quality roof in 1 1/2 days. The crew that did the work was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was surprised to see how well they did cleaning up on the first and second day, there were no signs of roofing material or nails anywhere to be found.
Hands down best company for roofs to use in Chattanooga! We have used Detail on NUMEROUS roofs and they have always been polite, professional, honest and insures that the job is done correctly and to completion. I would certainly recommend them to anyone I know.
