Most helpful contractor I've ever used. They were there from start to finish and helped so much with my insurance. The salesman was so informative and Brittney was so friendly in helping me get my account balance paid! Would recommend to anyone!
Honestly, I was a little hesitant on using American Roofing after reading some of the reviews, but I can honestly say, I did not have a negative experience at all! In fact, it was super easy. The sales guy came to my house the same day I called and did the inspection. He made the call to my insurance company and he arranged to be there when the insurance adjuster showed up. The roofers showed up the day they promised and worked until dark and then was back the next day to finish it up. The whole time, they stayed in communication with me. I did have a small concern and after notifying the company, they were quick to respond and address the concern. Overall, I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend American Roofing!
American Roofing replaced my roof last year. They were on-time and finished the repairs in one day. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done as well. The project manager, Jason, was very helpful throughout the entire process and helped make everything so smoothly.nnI highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
