I’ve lived here almost 4 years rent has went from 350.00 to now over 500.00 with the water. So 500.00 a month to be picked on by management roads are trashed garbage everywhere cars parked in yards and roads that I can’t do and have be threaten to be kicked out water runoff is bad water goes from 60.00 a month to 272.00 with no explanation. The biggest thing I’m not perfect on rent but trying to evicted us twice since the pandemic started and we were affected by turbo tax stimulus refund and just received it 2 days ago and my second eviction just showed up 1/15/2021 so instead of communicating during these hard times I get picked on and evicted
Amazing place, bill is a hard worker and the place is kept neat!
To much water sitting in yard very muddy owners do not anything about it high water bills last one was 180.o.o with only 1 person living there lot rent increase s Every year 385.00 plus 180.o.o you could buy a house for that and people that live are elderly on fixed income have a pool but hasn't be open for 2 yrs which is part of the rental agreement I would not recommend it to anyone
