Such a fun place to stay!! Right in the middle of restaurants and shops; all less than a mile walking distance. Very clean and comfortable beds. We had a small group of girls in a private sleeping area with queen and twin bunk beds. Actually better than a hotel and relaxing with quiet signs everywhere in sleeping areas. Only complaint was stating that they provide breakfast and they did not-I’m guessing due to current social distancing precautions. Ended having an amazingly delicious breakfast/brunch at Kenny’s!

Perfect location! Stayed in Hemingway Suite and loved having our own dedicated entry and stairs. Flying Squirrel (best bar in town) is a stone’s throw away. The room was clean and had all the necessary kitchen amenities. We also loved the outdoor fire pit area. When (not if) we come back to Chattanooga, The Crash Pad is the first place we will look!

Love the crash pad! Laid back, cool vibes and great spot amongst many eateries in the south side of Chattanooga. Can’t wait to come back. Great stay...!!

My boyfriend and I came up for a weekend getaway and OMG this place was amazing. Communal enough for you to meet other people, but private enough for you to have your own peace and quiet. It was incredibly clean both in design and sanitation. Everything was provided or available including towels, sheets, WiFi, toothpaste, etc., we’ve never stayed in a hostel before but we will definitely be looking for more like The Crash Pad! Also the staff was very kind ud83dudc95

This place is an absolute treasure. I came into town for an athletic event, and because I am used to staying in hostels and shelters along the Appalachian Trail I opted for a bunk rather than a room. The building is exceptionally clean, sleek and well-designed. The location is within walking distance of many great restaurants (including one of THE best bakeries in the US, in my opinion) and things to do, yet you don't feel like you are downtown. Staff is friendly and efficient. Even with their amenities like the kitchen and common area not fully open due to COVID, I was still 100% comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Chattanooga, and I think more players in the hospitality space could learn a lot from The Crash Pad. I'd give this place ten stars if I could!
