Don't let the price and dodgy neighborhood scare you off. My room and common areas were clean, comfortable, and updated. Staff were friendly and engaged. Theyre dog friendly and have a great enclosed grassy area for them to roam and do their business. It's close to a great brewery and event venue. Highly recommend. I plan to stay here again when I return to Chattanooga.
We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff was amazing & even had a surprise waiting on us in our room. The room we booked was a double queen with balcony but initially got a King. No worries, called down to the front desk & they was able to switch the room with no problem. Hotel was very clean! Very close access to interstate & close to amenities that Chattanooga has to offer. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.nnSide Note: Vending machine being located on 1st floor. The breakfast was bagged with apple, muffin, granola bar, & bottle of water. Wish it had better selection (probably due to Covid). Could hear lots of fellow guests in the hallways. Nothing major!
Nice rooms the entire property is beautiful and Dre the front desk man is great. Quiet despite being in a semi high traffic area. I'd stay here again actually am there now.
Y'all. This hotel is the real deal. Your thinking how is the hotel so cheat, there must be something wrong. But. There is not. It is a very clean and the staff are so nice! The towels, the bed, all of it is first class but not charged like it at all! Save your money for fun at all the areas attractions and restaurants!
Very pretty hotel that hides very unclean rooms... We encountered hair (in the bed and shower) , bugs (dead and alive), and even CHEWED GUM under the bedframe. They did give me some money back after asking me what would make it right... I wasn't sure how to answer that question honestly because 1)this is just unacceptable any day 2) we are in a pandemic so cleanliness is safety. Nothing can make this right. I will give props to take away breakfast bags and decent customer service. I just got to warn people about the extremely low hygiene, especially in this pandemic. If they improve that i can see this being a very nice hotel.nnSide note: if you're gonna go through the effort to put up 100 signs about wearing masks, please actually make folks wear masks. Way too many people unmasked in the lobby.
