We had our honeymoon here 8 years ago and enjoyed our stay. We came back this past weekend to recreate that experience. We were disappointed that there wasn't an indoor pool as advertised on Google. And our complementary breakfast was lacking but the staff was nice and helpful.
The lady that checked me in was extremely nice and pleasant. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was also comfortable. Everything was clean. The person that checked us out was very nice as well. If I come back to Chattanooga, I will stay here again.
Clean hotel in decent location at a good price. Place was outdated but the rooms were pretty up to date and clean. No complaints with linens. Great for a weekend stay!
Fantastic beds. Clean room, but ac unit was kinda busted. Front desk lady seemed like she needed a vacation. Give her a paid vacation.
A wonderful and restful experience I appreciated Danielle's expertise and thoughtfulness, Brenda was so fun to talk to, always made my day, and Courtney helped us facilitate all our requests.
