Love it here
if you have company the have to park at the office or get towed. over half the cars there belong to the office or broke down. so they say park off the property.
We went a few days ago to look at some 3 bedroom trailers. I have heard about their strict rules and how nice they like to keep their community, which I'm not against because I'm very OCD myself but when I first talked to the management lady she acted like they really cared for their places... NOPE! This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom trailer was disgusting. Mold everywhere, it smelled horribly. I was so shocked they even had it up for rent for 855$ and even told someone else it was 890$ a month, yeah right! Someone in their right mind wouldn't pay about 400$ a month to live there. Gross.
Seems to be a great place to live as long as you follow the rules but that's kind of a given with any place that you rent!!!
I love the people that live here I'm glad I joined the community everybody's so friendly
