Was told it had a king size bed but was queen. Supposed to be non smoking but the smell is very strong. No plug ins for cell phones or cpap.
The value of the hotel is ok. The rooms were good. But the problem we had was safety of the property. Constant slamming/knocking on doors throughout the night, marijuana smoke throughout the lobby rooms, and people talking loud and screaming! We’ve gotten very little sleep. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed for one night. So far I have never gotten my money back for that second night.
All of the employees and management are genuinely kind, respectful, honest and helpful. I stayed 5 nights and the front desk was truly fair and took great care of me with a phenomenal room deal for my stay. Comfortable beds, always very very clean rooms. I always feel very welcomed and at home!
Worst EVER! Sleep in your car before this DUMP!n4 cops cars at the entrance at our check in. That was RED FLAG #1.nHotel smelled like an ash tray. Ac didn't work.nDoors slamming, kids running up and down the hall. Literally all night. Cars with no exhaust peeling out of the parking lot during the night.nFinally at 130am. I was going to check out and get my money back. But couldn't get another room in the other hotels.
We were looking for a place to stay on our way to Orlando. We called and made a reservation. The only thing good about this place was the staff at the front desk. We walked into our room and I thought there was something on the top blankets. The top of both blankets on the beds had huge cigarette burns on them. So did the sheets. All blankets were heavily stained and I can not believe the actually put them on the beds. We slept in our clothes on top of the sheet underneath the blankets. The beds springs were broke. Basically we closed our eyes so we could get out of there as early as possible.
