Mountain View Estates Mobile Home

My grandparents have lived in this mobile home park for around between 20 to 25 years and it has been a good experience for them and also for me as a visitor all these years. Its in what seems to be a bad part of Rossville but the owners of the park are very strict on who lives there and everybody also takes notice to who comes in and out and there is never any trash hanging around inside this park. In all the 20 to 25 years of going in and out of this place I have never saw anybody that looked suspicious or that looked trashy hanging around anywhere inside this park. The owners have strict rules and keep the park very nice and well maintained year round, they don't even allow real loud vehicles to be in the park. They have also gotten rid of most older mobile homes in the park and have alot of newer homes to give the park an even better look. There isn't a home in this whole park that looks trashed out. If you are an older person looking for somewhere to put a mobile home after retirement or anything like that then this is definitely the place for you to go. It is always a very nice, quiet and peaceful place and everybody is always very friendly there. They also have a community storm pit for everybody that lives in the park so that everybody has a safe place to go in the event of a tornado so that they aren't in a mobile home during a bad storm and anytime there is going to be any kind of severe weather they open the storm pit up for people to start making their way when they feel it is necessary to do so. I highly recommend this park for anybody looking to put a mobile home within a nice community mobile home setting.

Just closed on a home here it's very beautiful here and the property is run very well.

We love this place! The owners went above and beyond to help us with our move. With every question and phone call, David and Judy listened, answered our questions and gave us the information we needed to make sure we had whatever we needed so we could move into our new home.nnThis is a great community. Everyone looks out for each other. From the first day we moved here, everyone was friendly and welcoming to me and my family.nThe grounds are beautiful and maintained regularly. There is a storm shelter available for inclement weather and a plan in place for the residents if there is ever a need to use the shelter.nThe owners keep everyone informed on any issues within the community and work quickly to fix anything that should need it.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years...and honestly...this is the safest place I have lived in my entire adult life. The owners are just amazing at what they do and they maintain beautiful homes! If I could give it 6 stars...I would
