1. Insufficient street / security lighting.n2. Dead ends have insufficient space for vehicles to turn around safely.n3. Inadequate addressing policies or enforcement thereof. Someone WILL DIE because the ambulance / fire truck / law enforcement cannot promptly locate the address requesting help. Large, uniform, reflective numbers should be consistently placed, and street directional signs would eliminate the need to go down four or five wrong streets having to turn into private parking spaces with bicycles and vehicles rendering each turn unsafe.n4. The fire marshal ought to condemn this place until it comes into compliance with national safety codes.
The park is very nice , but the people they allow to live there is what makes the 3 stars .
The tenants are very nice
No go place to live high crime area
