They are flexible to your schedule (I work nights and usually free on Friday nights- but no problem there, our consult was on a Friday evening and not because Igor did not have anything better to do). Great Experience with Douglas Construction. Highly recommend.nHad a storm hitting around the area I live and ripped of few shingles from my roof. Got the contact of Gustavo from my friend, he responded to the call and came in to Tarp the roof in the middle of rain. Appreciate the care he shown. After the initial review from my insurance, they did not approve for replacement and asked to repair with less value. Few weeks later I had another representative from Douglas construction called up and follow up as Gustavo was no longer with the company. Tyler was great and followed up with my insurance. Tyler inspected my roof and suggested for roof replacement due to extended damages. Next storm came in before the repair as suggested by Insurance and ripped off more shingles this time which opened up my roof with big hole. I called up Tyler and he was quick to respond. Put in additional tarps so water wont come in. He called up the insurance and sent additional pictures. Finally, the Insurance approved for full replacement. I am happy that I don't need to worry about my roof every time rain/storm/wind gusts pass through. The work was scheduled before the Thanksgiving day and team was able to complete the work faster within a matter of hours. Special thanks to Tyler and his team who helped me with my roof. I would highly recommend Douglas construction for any Roof inspection and work with insurance if needed. Thanks again.

Jake from Douglas constructs came out gave me a free estimate and within the week already had an approval from the insurance company. He walked me through the whole process and kept me up to date on everything. He made everything so easy.
