Friendly, knowledgeable staff that really seems to try to figure out the best product for you, not necessarily the most expensive item they can sell. Smaller shop with a smaller quantity of bikes, but they do a great job servicing and helping you make your bike the best it can be.

We are new to MTB and we know very little about the sport besides riding in trails. But the 3 times we walked in the shop, EVERYONE was so nice and had so much information when my son and I asked questions. Scott was especially kind and helped my son learn about how to go tubeless on his bike. Scott was so patient and very informative and took the time on what and why when explaining what he was doing.nThis shop knows customer service and kindness to customers with ALL the info you could need to make your bike at 100% or purchase with confidence! I took my son there to look for a BMX bike. The associate behind the counter was helpful but when he asked the owner about looking for one or ordering something the owner paid no attention and seem to care less about helping us. I bought two bicycles for them before and I will never go back because of the lack of effort to even assist us. It’s my understanding is the new ownership since I purchased last bikes there. I called around looking for a place to get a tune up on my cruiser that had been sitting outside for a couple of years. Scott answered the phone and provided the best customer service I've had in any capacity for a long time! I decided to take my bike to the shop and he looked it over with me and made suggestions and actually listened to my input. It only took 3 days and I had a practically new bike! The prices are exceptionally reasonable also. I highly recommend Adventure Cycles!
