Ronnie West has caused me so much! Financially and emotionally. He has stolen money from me and caused more damage to my house than was here before he started.nnOh and Amber Jones review is FAKE, she is his live in girlfriend and mother of two of his children.nnI paid him $4,300 instead of $2,500 like his contract says because he asked me and I felt like I had to.nnI’m a single mom trying to raise 3 boys and I’m so distraught. Now I have to take this man to court. My roof is more exposed than it was before he started.nnHe never did anything when he said he would and then wanted the remainder of the money before the work was done. I’ve had roofers out and now I’ve got to go to court, figure out repairing my roof and not being penalized by my insurance company
I've been in the business of building homes more than 40 years. I'm retired now. To see what this man and his crew has done to my daughters roof infuriates me. My son in law have been up on the roof with another roofer and this conartist should not be doing roofs. Damaged boards, buckled shingles, exposed areas, and $300 for emergency tarp... Well I never! It's a good dang thing she has some money left to take this man to court. Taking advantage of a woman like this. Do NOT use this company
See pictures on Yelp reviews. Not sure why we can’t post pictures here. West Roofing ruined my sister in laws roof and then the owner harassed her, my wife and me. We have pictures showing damage to siding, shingles not touching the house. Buckled shingles. He took advantage of a single mom by talking her into giving him $4,300 when the contract only stated $2,500 and then wanted the rest before he completed the work. He has cussed us all out and even disrespected my ailing mother online who isn’t even related to my sister in law, a week after my father passed away. This man wasn’t even here supervising his day labor “crew”. The roofers that have come to inspect her roof are shocked at what was done to her roof.
I would highly recommend West Roofing and Home Repair for any home improvements from full roof replacements/ repairs to indoor remodeling!!! These guys are the BEST!!! We just got a new roof before the bad storms came through and we were highly impressed with the high quality of work that was done!!!
Had someone at my house within an hour of my call, and the issue fixed less than an hour after that, all for less than I expected to pay. Will definitely use again for any roofing needs.
