Had a foundation leak that kept getting worse with the rain so I had several inspections and quotes made by different companies. While CGS wasn’t the most expensive or cheapest one, they definitely provided the best run down of what I needed done and why! I spoke to Alex and she was very helpful in providing the explanation behind my quote and scheduling me in for the job. They completed it months ago and I’m still very satisfied with the end result. Highly recommend for anyone needing waterproofing work done for an affordable price!
CGS just replaced an old railroad tie wall with a new block wall and they did a great job. The craftsmanship on the project was top-notch, and had a great project manager that was on top of it, very responsive. Would highly recommend them to all... first class group.

We had two separate leaks in the basement. Pierre and his team wisely handled the two separate areas with just one pump which has been effective and saved money for us! The scheduled time for the work to be done was a month later but CGS, after another cancellation, offered to do ours the next day which was huge given all the rain we’ve had! They were responsive, efficient, and friendly!
CGS waterproofing did such a wonderful job with taking care of the flooding I had in my basement. They were very efficient with scheduling and getting the job done in a day.nI highly recommend CGS!
