They came out fast and to give me a free estimate. Once I approved the estimate they were out the next day to repair my roof! No hidden surprises when it was time to pay the bill. It was exactly what the estimate was. Would reccomend them to anyone. Oh and on top of the great service they gave us a military discount! Great service, great company!

I called the company to get a repair for 1 hole less than a .25in wide repaired. I agreed to pay the service fee assuming something so minor would be inexpensive to repair. I received a quote of $575 to repair 3 shingles for 1 hole according to them. Insane! Unfortunately we could not agree to this especially since there was no break down as to why it was this price. I’m sure labor for this wasn’t 4 hours. I hate that I paid $89 for my bf to go in the attic of show them the hole for minute by pushing a chopstick through a hole, for them to leave and come back with a quote like this. It’s so hard finding companies to be fair in Atlanta instead throwing out ballpark numbers to profit. I know if we went with their complete service, the $89 would be included, but still. Absolutely not affordable.

Final pricing was in line with quoted price. The pre-install meeting helped ensure we had no surprises during the install. The crew showed up on time and worked through some cold weather to get the job done on time. They kept the yard and neighborhood clean and even picked up some trash that blew a few doors down into a neighbors yard. All considered I’m extremely happy with Castle and would recommend them for roofing work.

Juan was great! He came in and inspected my attic thoroughly and was able to find the problem (after several inspectors were unable to). They were accommodating and came and fix my roof the very next day. They’re affordable and I would hire them for any and all of my roofing needs!
