Wonderful experience and GREAT clean and well maintained facility. They are so close to the aquarium you could spit it it! The views from their panoramic rooms are stunning at night. Be sure to plan on paying for parking as that is indeed another $40 a day most people forget to plan for. There isn’t any good public parking to plan to use their valet as it will be worth it!
Beautiful view and nice staff! Secure parking is a little expensive and the famous hotel buffet breakfast has disappeared from many Marriott chains (I wish they would remove this outdated advertising of it). In addition, the so called suites are not really spacious, just a very nice hotel room with a pull out sofa bed. Despite these small flaws, the location is convenient and the views on the higher floors on the front are spectacular.
When I tell you I was straight up screwed by Canopy by Hilton of Atlanta over on Peachtree. I found dried blood, lipstick and some other stain on the fitted sheet after finally retiring to my room. Needless to say I got out of there and found a room at midnight at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. I checked in and was surprised that I had a better view, better room, even the room number light fixtures were better. And this was way cheaper! When I went down for breakfast Tuesday Morning Shanna Roberson dropped what she was doing to make sure I was okay from then till the time we left! Thank you so much for taking care of us!
I had a AMAZING stay, room was cleaned and comfortable. My room was upgraded to the PANORAMIC room, beautiful relaxing view. Will certainly visit again.nnOnly disadvantage, there were barely any grab to go breakfast. They kept saying they were waiting on a truck with the grab n’ go breakfast. They should lower their price being that the breakfast amenities is not up to standard.nnThis hotel is across the street from a aquarium, in case you want to do family activities.nnOne of the best breakfast spot is next door as well.
We stayed in room 1202. It was a corner window room and the view was breathtaking. Location is perfect for the aquarium and the park. The rooms are clean and modern and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.
