WOW!! Came for a prescription I need so I can walk. 15 Mins before closing stand in line, just one customer ahead of me. This attendant person or whatever ethics she drives. Takes the whole time visiting with this customer who’s a friend of hers. Asking about the well-being of everyone in the family. Finally when she’s tired of visiting then she calls me and says she cannot applied my discount cards because she now is closed and her system is down. So I will have to pay double for my prescription if I want it now... otherwise I’ll have to walk in pain back home and come back again whenever they open again.nThey have no idea of what they are doing. The cruelty knowing that they are serving people in pain or sick is brutal and we are paying for this service. She dismissed me, closed the metal curtain in my face and went away with her day. The vulgarity of her demeanor to someone in pain had no boundary.

This is the worst CVS ever. I had a 1:10pm COVID test appointment. I stopped work, drove all the way to the store for about 20mins, got there at 1:05pm and waited in line for 30mins. Then they unapologetically told me the tester is gone and won't be back till 2:40pm, which means I won't be doing the test, will have to drive 20mins back to resume work and achieve nothing. Obviously getting appointments is not easy. This is a big shame.. How can a chain as big as CVS have such a horrible system? Very disappointing.

DO NOT GET YOUR VACCINE HERE!!nnthey don’t honor time slots at all. It will take you minimum 1 HOUR to get vaccinated from when you get here. Really bad management.

went last night to fill script...come back today now they telling me to go to a different pharmacy...like why didn't you say that yesterday...now.im in pain one day longer with a broke hip torn muscles and fracture arm...Thanks CVS on MLK Pharmacy dept. you guys are Rock Starsud83eudd2e

These two people who works at this store were very nice! They did not know that they sold the peach pass, but the lady called the manager and the manager pointed us to the right place! Both the lady and the cashier were very helpful! Thank you!
