I have visited Skate Escape twice before making my purchase and was so impressed by the helpfulness and care of these associates Baby and Ronnie that I KNEW I wasn't going anywhere else!! I didn’t end up getting the skates that I tried on (the ended up being defective and he would not sell me poor quality skates so this made the disappointment a ton better). He helped me get comfortable in the skates, how to properly lace as well as logging me down to call me for when the next shipment is available! Didn’t get skates but the customer service was 10/10

My 9 year old daughter was very excited to buy her first skateboard and the team at Skate Escape were so helpful and encouraging to her. She got a great board and some tips on getting started. She came home so excited to ride. Very highly recommend this store!
