Hard to get anyone to call you back or come out for estimate. Even after I signed a contract. Wait wait wait. I would not recommend them. Canceled contract.
We needed a new chimney cap and Brandon came out to measure and said he would do the job. Said he had to get a quote on the fabrication of the cap. Eight weeks later still no call back from Brandon. Called the place he gets caps from and they know nothing about this. So we were lied to and actually are getting the company that makes the cap to make and install. If Brandon didn’t want the job he should have let us know. Poor representation for Strategic. Will not recommend them to anyone
Brandon Anthony was exemplary. His coordination and follow up especially on aspects of my project his company wasn’t even responsible for went well beyond my expectation.
I am more than satisfied with the quality of service I received from Strategic Roofing. My roof looks amazing and I was super impressed by Ron Huckaby''s unmatched professionalism. I definitely recommend this company.
