Very clean, professional staff.

The room was decent & comfortable. This was my 1st visit here. I am here for 2 nights. I didn’t know you needed to inform whoever is working on the front desk if you leave to eat or whatever. Angered me when I came back with my food, computer bag & room key in hand almost to elevator.. yell to me if I had a room?! What?!!! Really?!!! Are you trying to impress your customer (not my race?) do you stop everyone? I’m done

Tracy Vandermaden1/5nan hour ago on GooglenRoom was disgusting! Staff was rude. I booked for 5 nights but after being assigned a second room that was filthy I couldn’t stay there. I was promised a full refund but still was charged for the first night after going back and forth. There was a worm on a clean towel, red bugs and pubic hair in the bed that I slept in!! And I had to pay for that!!!??? My family used to be loyal to Holiday Inn. Typically they are reasonably priced and clean. You would think during a pandemic that the room would be spotless!! We will never step foot in a Holiday Inn again!! I wish I could post the videos of the filth in this hotel.

This hotel would have never been my choice but unfortunately ever hotel that I knew to be good was booked on this particular night.nnI made my reservations by phone. I received my confirmation by email. When I arrived at the hotel the person at the desk was arguing with another employee in front of myself and one other customer. When it was my turn the guy at the desk was very rude. He apologized once I made him aware of his customer service.nnMy hotel room door was hard to open. Another guest in the room next to me had to force the door open.When I finally got into the room it was not what I expected. The linen was thin and very old. The toilet seat was yellowed. There was hair and dirt around the base of the toilet. The tub was not clean and all of the light fixtures and the headboard was very dusty. I was exhausted for the day so I cleaned what I had to use. I examined the bed before I covered the sheets and pillow case with my own.nnI was awakened around 7 AM and noticed a bedbug crawling towards the pillow. At this point I could not go back to sleep. As I was sitting on the bed I noticed another bed bug at the top of the cover. I noticed that my neck was itchy and stinging. I had been bitten by the bedbugs. I now have five large bumps on my neck.nnI went to check out. The girl at the front desk asked how was my stay and I told her it was horrible and why.To top it off, when I received my receipt I noticed that the amount was more than the confirmation amount received by email. The girl at the front desk only said that the amount that she gave me was correct. She said that the phone call was considered online in the prices are not always correct and she apologized without any sympathy. I will never ever ever stay at this hotel again! This by far has been my worst hotel experience!

The facility is great but the staff not friendly nor very knowledgeable when it comes to what rooms are available.
