The staff was welcoming and courteous from the time we arrived until we left. The room was really clean and the cleaning crew was helpful. The complimentary breakfast was limited, but only because of current restrictions, but they still made an effort to provide it. I would REALLY recomend this hotel ud83dudc4d

I would not recommend this hotel. The manager of the hotel is embezzling money from peoples cards. My husband and I stayed there on April 1st. We checked into our room at 930 pm. We left our room again about 10 pm to to our vehicle to smoke. We went back in and went to bed. We checked out the next day with seeking no problem. 3 days later our card was charged 250 for a smoking fee. We did not have any cigarettes in our room. We called the hotel immediately after seeing the charge and were called liars and told that the room smelled like fresh smoke. It just seems strange they would wait for 3 days to charge me the smoking fee. The manager was very unprofessional and rude.

Horrible house cleaning, broken amenities, no hot water....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! These foreign business owners come here to make $$ off of us and give us scrappy service in the meantime. They charge you for smoking in the room just because they want to....and there is not a thing you can do about it....i think the BBB needs to look into some of their practices....nnDon't Do It,nDisgruntled Guest

Worst experience I've had in my life, don't know but think management needs to check out their employees. Getting called a liar isn't something I take from others and ain't taking it from them. Got charged extra $250 because said there was fresh cigarette smoke when they checked the room. I know if management was told that someone told them a lie, yes I do smoke but my smokes don't leave the car when at a motel. Plus the morning we left we was there long enough to get up and leave so I know for a fact not one cigarette was in that room the whole time we was there. Rip off central!
