I am happy with my roof but I would say if you've clicked on their ad about needing demo homes for their business, then beware. It is strictly a very long sales pitch (4 hours) and there is no reduction or demo use of your home with their business for a 'free roof' And the cost is pretty high. I like the roof. Their responsiveness to phone calls and inspections is well done. Their sub-contract crew for the roof installation were respectful and responsive too. I'm in shock on the final price for the roof. It's not going to be a fly by night $10,000 roof that's for sure. Do some more research and be ready for a good sized bill. We didn't go with the metal roof either as we just couldn't afford that. I'm hoping that the additional perks of the fiber glass roof, the water proof layer and the insulation layer I had installed under the shingles will truly help with lowering my heating bills and also that with the new roof vent system, my roof will last a good long time. The positive I can say, is that I just added to my home value and the warranty will transfer to the new owner when we sell. But don't do this if you aren't staying more than five years in your home. Its not cheap. Biggest Negative: I don't like that I didn't see my loan documents until after the roof was installed. if I had known that my roof cost was going to double in price, I would have cancelled this roof. But that happened after the roof was installed.

Just experienced the presentation part of Erie Roofing. The way they lay it out, you would never want to go with any other company or subcontractors. The warranty aspect of the company and product seems to be bar none. All of our questions were answered in full to our satisfaction. Matt even went the extra mile and explained everything to my adult children too in an engaging manner!!

Initial presentation of the product by the sales reps and the installation team who put the roof on were great - A+. Unfortunately the communication and management from the Milwaukee office in the 2 1/2 month interim was non-existent. We had to be proactive because no one was reaching out to us to communicate anything. We were given 4 start dates. For the first 3, no one showed up and no one called to tell us there was a delay. When the installation team eventually came, the information from the sales reps about which boards needed to be replaced had not been communicated to them. Alex was the person who was to set things up, communicate with us, and with the installation team. He failed in executing his job in relation to our project.

Matt and Harold were exceptional. Buying a new roof can be a very hard decision. They were so helpful in taking the time to answer all our questions and ensuring we made an informed decision that was best for our family and our future. They were knowledgeable and kind and easy to work with. We can not wait for the end product of our new roof and the piece of mind it will bring.

Overall great experience. My wife and I just met with Kyle and he exceeded our expectations for the appointment. He spent quality time with us to make sure we fully understood the best option for our roofing project. Highly recommend this company for your next project as well, we have already booked an appointment for my brother to replace his roof.
