Mold in the apartments. No elevator and it’s elderly housing, so they have been grandfathered so no ADA needed to be adhered to. When trying to find out about application there was lying going on. Find another place that wants tenants, and adheres to ADA, and doesn’t have mold.
Mom lives here & it's just right for her! The building is a little outdated, but it is clean & the Manager lives on site. They are relatively responsive, but Mom hasn't had too many issues yet either. Close to Bug Line, Pick & Save & other small shops for fun & needs.
Management is not good here. Tenants smoke pot and it stinks in building. Bad for children that live in units.
I recently moved in and so far I'm liking it. After only 1wk I've found everyone very friendly and haven't had any issues with anyone.nI honestly don't believe the previous reviews I've seen posted. I think I'll be very happy here.
