It would be better if they had microwaves and refrigarators...the rooms are priced too high for ones expectations plus they had a lady that worked there whom asked for extra money to the side to put you in a sophisticated room. We went into the room where someone still had their dental care supplies in the room. It wasn’t anything nice.
Rooms are fine. Trouble was a very loud group of young adults who started up at 3:30 am. A room, very close to our room started up with someone who came up elevator & scratched at the young adults door. The person in the room did not want to let in the 3:30am visitor in & they shouted at each other through the closed door. This encounter turned into a nasty, verbal fight with visitor entering room, verbal abuse escalaating, visitor stormed out of room. Three minutes later, this all started all over again. I called front desk & asked for some help in getting things quiet but no results from front desk. This went on for a full hour. At 5:30am, shouting, etc. Started up again. My husband & I both are having an awful day. Too tired to want to travel. Misery.
Very good location for food and shopping. My room was clean and the bathroom smelled of bleach which was ok with me. Only issue I had was a young couple across the hall that were fighting all morning which isn't the hotels fault.
Stayed in room 406.nFirst time staying at his hotel an this was my experience:nDripping faucet, stained bathtub, marks on the walls, outdated tv, loose hanging towel hanger and AC & Heat unit has never been cleaned. Big sign posted outside the parking lot stating “they are not responsible for stolen items and damage to vehicles” “park at your own risk” had me a bit fearful and worried. A Hotel that avoids any responsibility for its guests vehicles but hold it’s guests accountable for their room doesn’t seem right. Luckily my vehicle was fine. I’ve never experienced this at any stay in my life. Burger restaurant was closed although the restaurant is advertised everywhere around the hotel.nWill likely never come back.nThere was more to document but didn’t wanna flood this review with photos. I usually stay at the Hyatt and the reasons are listed above as to why. Unfortunately, there weren’t any Hyatt hotels in the area. I’d like to Note that yesterday evening 7 March the Gentlemen who came and helped me get the tv working was very respectful and kind.
Horrible experience. The helpful frontdesk receptionists couldn't balance the stinking bedsheets, filthy bathrooms and an altogether dismal time. Not worth saving a few bucks.
