Very very terrible service, a 3 star hotel but is run like a no star. Had to ask for soaps, towels. The front desk Indian guy is constantly on the chat and even told me they don't have a working cart when I was moving in. The other worker had him but went ahead opened the room where the cart was and gave me, there was nothing wrong with the cart. They say including bfast but no breakfast, they give a bar and a small packet of oatmeal.
This hotel is fishy I stay in Birmingham al & somehow somebody was able to get a room with my card all the way here ! Don't you guys ask for I.d or something that's fraud
Booked a 2 night stay thru Booking.com with free cancellation. Had to cancel due to covid concerns (I was waiting on test results). Received my confirmation email that my reservation was cancelled and that I would be charged $0.00. Well, they charged my card anyway. When I called the hotel the guy said I was charged for 1 night, which was another lie. Currently fighting with my bank to try to get charges reversed.
All of the luggage carts are falling apart, and none of the ice machines work. The color scheme is nice, but the ongoing work makes for a less than pleasant experience.
I stayed in this hotel in Dec 26 for 3 nights with my son while visiting Stone Mountain. Great Hotel, clean room. I believe its had been renovated prior to my visit. The complementary breakfast was perfect and its features: Self serve egg, bacon, waffles(make yourself) coffee, juices and baked good. This was a perfect location to visit Stone Mountain, only a few miles from the park entrance. Recommend this hotel.
