Very nice visit. Went to buy running shoes. Good service all around. I like the idea that you could look and try on shoes instead of the person going back and forth. Need more than just one person in the shoe department. But over all it was Good. 5 *
We placed an order online. And they had it ready in no time. You go right in and there was someone to help us. The young man gave our order right to us!
I went shopping with 3 of my kids they wanted football gloves to catch the ball since the gloves have grip...they had a basket of cheap gloves in a bucket like 6 month ago but not today but the gloves they had were priced at 40 bucks and 50 bucks and 64 bucks..no way I was going to pay that ridiculous price..my kids are not even on a football team they just want to catch and play...some manger said they used to have bucket bit not anymore...he could have offer a discount for three pairs or advised of some coupons but he offered nothing..so we bought nothing...the only person that greeted us was some sweet white lady sweeping the floor and she even asked us did we need help finding stuff...
Nice clean store. Would give it 5 stars if the tennis shoe selection was decent.
The manager or whoever he was the front to learn a bit some manners. It is just myself and my wife's shoes. Before we can get a word out, he's giving orders in a loud voice. No, I want to return my items and look around to see if perhaps I wish to purchase or not. And stop pointing your finger at people. Learn some manner. You're in the retail service industry.
