The cleanliness sticker on each door was reassuring. Staff was attentive and friendly. The abundance of luggage carriers was surely an added advantage over the peers. That's one of my pet peeves, the dearth of luggage carriers at check out time. I have been won over!
I must say, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I enjoyed the weight room, the pool and the beautiful surroundings. I wouldn't mind visiting again. Their breakfast was decent as well. All the food and fruit were fresh.Thumbs up, you guys rock!
We had a very nice and comfortable experience here during Covid and the holidays. The staff was very welcoming and took every measure to keep us safe. The lobby and breakfast areas are well designed and create a warm atmosphere right in the heart of Decatur. The rooms are simple but adequate. Nothing is a far walk from the elevators. Parking is at an extra cost, but accessible and right on site. I would definitely stay here again!
Excellent Hotel. Large rooms with up to date amenities. Really liked the streaming capabilities on the TV.
Netflix!!!! Carlos was awesome. He was able to get us into a room early. Room was smaller than I expected but looked clean. I had called 5 hotels to make sure I had Netflix access & a personal microwave and I was worried that the agent was mistaken but it was all there. I don't like that the parking garage is disconnected & also is a charge per day but that may be specific to the state. They had breakfast, was great but it was there so I appreciated it. They also had things like razors and toothpaste if I had forgotten which was pretty awesome.
