Every prescription I’ve ever filled at this pharmacy has had issues. For the last 4 months they have charged me full price on prescriptions and haven’t even used my insurance card for the items. I’ve never been rude, but they have never tried to fix the issues. So I’ve wasted countless hours going back and forth, speaking to them on the phone. And they are always rude to me about it. It makes zero sense because I’ve never been rude to them, and I’ve always shown patience. This pharmacy is right next to Emory as well. So it’s not a very good look for the University.

I picked up my first prescription here this morning. Easy parking, the woman in Pharmacy was friendly and efficient. Glad I switched my prescriptions to this location!

Some of the staff are just terrific, especially Xenobia and Evan but the pharmacist Tammy seems very curt and almost rude. I think she may just be overwhemled and stressed trying to fill orders. While CVS may be trying to reduce employee overhead, this strategy will likely backfire over time.

This is the worst pharmacy staff I've ever seen The Emory location at N. Decatur staff should be ashamed of how they treat its customers. They are very disorganized, keep callers on hold for 45 minutes (hung up after that), and could care less about treating customers with respect. There is no consistent follow up system, and mistakes are made ALL OF THE TIME on prescription refills. I am taking my business to Emory Point and will see if I fare better there. I used Ponce de Leon and N. Highland CVS's before and each had highly competent staffs and follow up.
