This is the closest pharmacy to my house. I usually hate coming here, or to any CVS really. Everything seems overpriced. I understand that you pay a premium for convenience, but I usually find that a CVS ISN'T convient. Quite the always opposite. It seems to take forever to get out of there. I was standing in line today, thinking of these very things, behind an older gentleman who was really struggling through the checkout process. When I finally made it to the counter, I was irritated and not in a friendly mood. I wasn't rude, but definitely brisk and business-like. I was surely putting off a bad vibe though. The cashier, STEPHANIE, was amazing. She was super cool, not overly friendly. She insisted that I use my number to get the discount. I tried to resist, citing the time it would waste. She wouldn't hear it. She made it quick, saved me a buck fifty, but most importantly, she took that bad energy up off of me with her great personality. She changed my entire perception of this CVS location, from negative to positive. It was a clinic in exceptional customer service.

I was in the drive thru on Saturday 9/19. Upon sitting in the line with one car ahead of me for over 20 minutes I called into the store. I requested to speak to the manger. Upon getting on the phone with her I learn that Covid 19 testing was being done. She went on to state that there where sides stating this was taking place. Reading on the website it says you need to make an appointment. The car at the window did not have an appointment due to hearing the conversation that was taking place with the lady inside at the window. She was asking for name & date on birth for the 4 getting tested. In speaking with the manager she asked had nothing been placed from the window to the car and I informed her no. Have there testing was done I got my meds and proceeded around the around the store to see if I was able to locate the signs and much to my surprise I was able to locate the signs inside the doors of the store not outside as stated by the manger. There was only 1 sign outside and it was at the corner of the store where if going to the drive thru window you would miss it just as I did. I understand the importance of the testing but there is a better was and this was not being done at this location.

I went to CVS today only because I needed to return an Amazon order and was treated very badly. The clerk was very rude and dismissive. I will be sure to report my experience to Amazon as they take this sort of thing very seriously.

The darkskin skinny tech is mean and rude she needs to be removed the pharmacist is very nice tho

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. I work for a dental office and call in RX for patients sometimes. They hung up on me 3 times trying to call in RX for patient that is already in there line. I mean the worst it's just sad and does not make any sense.
