I've had my bike for a couple weeks now and it's been great.nnBefore purchasing, I was able to easily set up and enjoy a test ride, as well as get answers to all of my questions. Ryan (the company founder) even volunteered to follow me home to deliver my bike after I was unable to ride it home or fit it in my car (didn't bring a helmet or lights with me, big mistake, because I wanted to ride immediately).nnThey've continued to be very accessible and quick to answer any questions I've had about my new bike.
