Room was smaller than expected and bathroom needed to be cleaned. Did not seem as though the room had been wiped down prior. Only have 1 person working but they seem to be very efficient. Although mask is required, they did not enforce the rule. Room and shower were smaller than expected but other than that everything is very modern and up to date. Really enjoyed the little coffee lounge as well. Good location, lots of restaurants within a walking distance.
Clean rooms, super friendly staff, comfortable beds and convenient location with easy access from the freeway. One of the more affordable options in the Augusta, GA area. We will definitely come back. Highly Recommended!
We had an incredible stay here. The staff was very supportive and helpful. The room was very beautiful and clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended.
This hotel is absolutely fabulous!! My company typically stays here 4-5 days a week all throughout the month and the staff is extremely accommodating and always has a smile on their face. They are constantly sanitizing the entire hotel and it is easily the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. This is extremely assuring especially with COVID cases on the rise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Augusta/Grovetown area. The front desk, management, and housekeeping continues to exceed my expectations every stay. 11/10 recommend!!
This hotel is very clean and the staff was so great. The breakfast has plenty of variety and the parking lot was well lit for safety. The beds were comfortable and we are very happy with our stay. My nephew was happy because he got to use the room key on all the doors in the hotel we went to the gym for a morning workout and we were very happy with the equipment they provide. We will definitely stay here when we are in Augusta Ga. Thank you for a wonderful experience ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
