I went through the pharmacy drive thru, and even though the wait was pretty long, the customer service was awesome! I wish I would've gotten their name, but they were very helpful and patient. They even cracked a few jokes, which put me at ease for what I was going for. Overall the experience left a great impression on me.

I had to transfer my prescriptions from Kroger to Cvs. I was not happy because I had a excellent relationship with Kroger. I called to get the process going and spoke with Ms. Valerie on the phone and she had very good customer service. She told me to pickup the prescription in a couple of hours. I got to the store and it was very clean and well stocked. Got to the pharmacy and had to wait for transfer from Kroger and it was short and sweet. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I understand customer service isn't popular anymore. But after sitting in the drive thru 10 minutes to pick up medication, I would just like to be waited on without having to hear the tech talk about her personal issues with another worker. Take care of the customer first!!!
