The location is semi-convenient to local attractions, and the layout of the place was nice. However, the air conditioning could not keep up with the (very normal for this area) heat, there bed was the first I've ever slept on, and the dishes are kid-sized. We also rented a movie to watch on the TV, and then discovered that the TV and DVD player (not Blu-ray capable) are extremely poor quality.
Condos are acceptable and staff are very friendly and kind. No amenities since the hotel closed. No pools, hot tubs, spas, in room whirlpools, weight rooms, or restaurants. Local beaches are all pay per person access. No decent fishing in the immediate area without a boat. Night fishing ends at 10 pm in all local parks. Without a boat or private access fishing is severly limited. Most of the area around the condos is posted and heavily enforced by local law enforcement.
Needs upgrading. The bedroom head an old big back tv from the 80's.n3 bedroom had only one bedroom tv and it was old as ever!! Nothing really in area to do, you must drive
The place was always in some type of trouble since the day they opened.
Area it's located at is less than desirable. Unit itself appears to be an older apartment building.
