I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and attention to detail that Benchmark exhibited while replacing my roof. Their rep, Lorne, stopped by and made sure everything was done as promised almost daily. He explained in detail what would happen, how to deal with insurance, what to expect on installation day. The crew was courteous and professional. The fellow who did the inside painting did an amazing job. All of this went on while my husband was at home recovering from a broken hip and yet we were not inconvenienced at all. So VERY happy with my experience with Benchmark.
Had a small issue with my roof, shingle flap and nail hole that needed caulking. Called Benchmark, Matt was at my house the next day. Problem was repaired within 3 days, highly recommend Benchmark Roofing to anyone in need of roof work. Courteous, reliable, and affordable.

Outstanding follow up throughout the process by Benchmark project manager Matt Maendler. Deadlines and completion dates all met and Matt kept us informed throughout each step from the inspection and estimate process all the way through the complication of the instillation of our new roof, gutters and other wind damage repairs. Quality of work was what we expected.
Benchmark Roofing is in all aspects a fabulous roofing company. I know, because I had a terrible experience with my previous roof replacement. Matt Maendler who was our contact person, supervising the roof installation is always responsive to any questions or concerns. Communication is key. I was always told the schedule, including any rain delays. Roof was completed within 2 1/2 days. They do not require payment until job is completed and you are satisfied, which is no problem, because I was completely satisfied! I had a small leak in the garage ceiling because we had a quick rain not in the forecast. Matt had the ceiling repainted within 1 1/2 weeks, this was after payment was made! Benchmark is totally awesome. Hopefully this company will always maintain its high standards!
