Went with a friend and she had booked the room. Ended up getting a suite which (wasn't as pricey as one would think). The room was huge with a walk in shower, and good view of the south entrance of Bremen.

Hotel is clean and conveniently located however the town of Bremen has a limited supply of restaurants that serve healthy food. Everything is fast food except for the Cracker Barrel, and it had a long wait.
Exceptional customer service! My son was getting married and a hurricane came through the night before. Jennifer from the hotel personally called all guests to let them know the hotel did not have electricity. When it came back on, she called everyone again. When one of the rooms didn't have AC, they responded with service and a smile. Breakfast was served with grace. The staff, overall, was kind, patient, and extraordinarily helpful. Rooms, common area, and workout facility very clean. The housekeeper left a signed handwritten note - see attached. Facility needs to be updated - but the service made up for it. Well done Hampton Team! You made a very stressful time, much easier and are a champion for the Hilton brand.
I am staying here at the hampton inn and i absolutely love the staff all super friendly breakfast is awesome and rooms n hotel is clean staff I want to thank all of you for your help and the fact y'all are always smiling keep up the good work hope to be part of the team #big smiles# thumbs way up
