Significant concerns:
Bathroom tile was falling apart.
Shower was plugged and didn't drain properly.
Bathroom door handle was very difficult to lock from in inside so my children were afraid to lock it because they thought they might get stuck.
The ice container was not clean on the outside when we went to use it.
There were dogs in the building when it clearly listed no pets.
My daughter stepped on dog poop just outside the door, likely from a previously mentioned dog.
Minor concerns:
Towels were not soft.

I needed to cancel my room for one night, after staying three. I called 30 minutes late and the front desk was incalcitrant. They would not allow me to talk to a manager about the issue, and they simply would not allow me to cancel my reservation. It was beyond frustrating. Additionally, the bathroom shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, and the COVID modification to breakfast was embarrassing. Overall, not very happy with my experience. Had they allowed me to cancel my room I would have been much happier.
Curtains wont close. Felt exposed all night even though on second.floor. COVID sucks. No breakfast goodies except packaged pastries, yogurt and some fruit. Ya still hafta pay full tilt. Coffee hutch was.cool but I didn't use it. My 10 hour break was up.
The bed was very hard, and the truck stop across the street keep us up. The room its self was very nice and clean.
Nice rooms and beds and clean. Great showers! They opened the pool and hot tub an hour early so we could use it before we had to leave.
