Love Hollifay Inn. They seem consistently great. This location is no exception. Rooms are clean, shower in excellent working condition, staff is pleasant and can I say I loved it. Thank you for a great stay.
Super friendly staff! They tucked me in every night because I get scared of direct TV satellites. they read me my favorite story (the one about the tomato that flew around eating all the grass). Ever since my accident I've had dreams of Ryan Reynolds every single night and it makes it hard to wake up because real life doesn't have Ryan reynolds in it, but thanks to the great breakfast at Holliday Inn I actually had a reason to get up in the morning. I even got fully dressed one day and the receptionist complimented my socks. 10/10 will be back for another Christmas so I'm not alone.
Do not stay here. The General Manager, Assistant Manager (who also owns the HOH to license the pool) and one of the co-owners do not care about their guests. My family wanted to enjoy an evening swim at 8:00pm after checking in. Within 5 min of getting in the GM (also a co owner we were told) turned the lights off on my family and begin letter 12-15 college age/really young adults in the back door! NON GUESTS! During COVID and also in hotel where masks were required at this time. We reported and the desk clerk said something. The GM swam over to us and tried to smooth things over by sliding his guests over to one side of the spa! DUH!! like I want to come sit next to 15 college kids! In the morning, he refused to come out of his office to speak with us and had his AGM offer us any snacks we wanted from the hotel store. What a joke! This is the second review I have written. One directly on the website and corporate with pictures. Families should stay away.
Very nice room and clean. Decent bagged breakfast to go. Friendly staff.
Great customer service! We stay here frequently for baseball and always have a great experience. The manager Jeff is always so cordial and provides excellent customer service!
