Amazing experience with Good Shepherd Roofing! Extremely professional and above notch service provided. Doug and Tracey are the best and so easy to work with. The roofers did a fantastic job replacing our 21 year old roof. HOA was harassing us about missing shingles and gave us a deadline to get the issue corrected to avoid fines. Even in the midst of a pandemic, they were so accommodating to our needs. The responsiveness and overall ease of the entire process was impeccable! We had a new roof installed in 2 weeks!nnGreat experience. Highly recommend! :)
I called Good Shepherd to see if they could inspect a leaking water heater vent leak on my roof. I was not expecting someone to come out within an hour of calling but they did. Dustin came, inspected the roof and took pictures of all the vents and gave me a recommendation. Despite it being the end of a long work day, he was more than willing to seal up all the vents on the roof right then and there. In less than 2 hours of calling I had all the vents on my roof sealed with a warranty to boot. Dustin was kind and courteous as well. I will certainly use Good Shepherd again for any roofing.
I strongly recommend Good Shepherd Roofing to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof. Pricing is very fair and the quality of work you get for your money is fantastic. We are extremely pleased with our new roof. There were a couple of issues that came up in scheduling during the course of the job, but the professional and responsive way in which Dustin handled these issues made me very confident in giving them a five star review. Nobody's perfect, and they were quick to resolve everything to above my expectations. They absolutely live up to everything they strive for in quality of work and customer service.
From the initial inspection of my roof until the final cleanup after the job - excellent experience. Each individual I encountered was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting a quality job completed.
