I drove about 2 hours to get a bike that I was told was “first come first serve” and I arrived 2 hours before the shop opened, well before anyone else had gotten there, just for them to sell the bike to a guy who came in after me. Nice people but they aren’t professional and handled the situation poorly. I wouldn’t go out of your way to go to their shop.
