The customer service here is splendid! My fiancé and I came here from Orlando area and it was well worth it! Nancy & Chuck were AMAZING! We came in knowing what we wanted & they exceeded our expectations! The bikes are absolutely beautiful & worth every dollar ud83dudcb5. I will be coming back to this location again. My wife and I just bought two beautiful electric bikes from some of the nicest people/owners. Chuck and his wife were so helpful and knowledgeable it was a wonderful experience! The best part was that there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The toughest part was deciding which bikes to buy! Most people would have either given up or lost their patience but they were wonderful! Thanks again and we can’t wait to get out on the trails and ride!nTom & Rebecca

Pedego Electric bikes are awesome! And this DeLand location really makes the whole buying experience such a pleasure. Chuck & Nancy are very knowledgable about their products, super helpful, and patient with all of our questions. No big sales pressure. We now have two bikes! , but we still love stopping by for a visit!

I bought my Pedego Comfort Cruiser in December 2020. I am very happy with it's performance and the service I received at Deland Pedego. I bought an e-bike at age 70 because of my arthritis and still wanting to be outside and ride my bike. I can keep up with other riders no matter their age!!

2 Pedego electric bikes and we are on the trails and by-ways of Deland!! Such well made easy to peddle bikes. Oh, and don’t forget that little (or sometime big assist) the battery gives when those last few miles look far away!! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. The hard part is which color and all the new styles. As we smile and peddle on we are thankful for such a great bike store in Deland!!
