New to the area looking for a place to check my tires, chain, cables before hopping back on my bike. Friendly staff helped me right away. Took a quick look and said maybe the chain or cables may need replacing. Called first thing today for pickup. Nothing replaced, just needed a good cleaning and a little lube. Charged for labor only, very reasonable. Great stock of bikes and bike wear, helmets, shoes and accessories. Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous as well. Great place for expert to beginner bike enthusiasts.

I was riding the Coast to Coast trail. We stopped at Gemini Springs and while crossing through the grass there my derailleur hanger broke. A nice gentleman and his son drove me to this shop. Upon arrival they immediately looked at my Salsa Vaya . They diagnosed the problem, repaired the bike under 30 minutes. The professionalism was amazing. I can't say enough great things about how helpful they were. I was from out of town so there was no one else to help me. They charged me for the part, not even charged for labor. If I lived in this area this would be my bike shop. I appreciate all that they did for me.

This is a wonderful bike shop!! JC and all of the associates have been SUPER helpful!! They've helped my husband, our oldest daughter, and I all get outfitted with excellent new bikes and gear. The customer service is top notch, and the crew are highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Go there for your next bike. You won't be disappointed!!

I recently purchased a new Electra Townie bicycle. Ryan was an absolute sweetheart. He was very helpful, explained everything, and delivered the bicycle to my home since it would not fit in my car. Everyone who works there offers outstanding service, and are very friendly. I highly recommend JC's Bikes & Boards.

Best local bike store in my opinion. I drive about 45 minutes they're so good. Knowledge, service, reasonable prices, Ryan, Karlos, service guys, bikes, gear, its all there.
