Overall we were very disappointed with the resort. Our house was the main reason we didn’t enjoy our stay.nDIRTY house. We found hair all over the house and part of a wig under our patio chairs. We were traveling with an infant and the house had multiple safety issues. There was an outlet in the kitchen WITH WIRES HANGING OUT. I was shocked. The a/c did not cool the top stairs very well. They didn’t provide a broom for daily cleaning. The walls were horrible. White walls smeared with brown and black all over. Our front door would not stay shut. We had to lock it to get it to stay shut. So my child could just walk out j to the street if I didn’t remind everyone that the door does not latch and you have to force lock it .No one to talk to about our safety issues once we arrived at the house. The houses are very close together. I mean CLOSE. Bar and grill is a alcohol party scene.nPeople next to us played the loudest music for two days straight and no one enforced the rules of the resort. SERIOUS safely issues and we will be deciding how to take this further. The pool was nice but not the cleanest and the chlorine was very strong .
The $15.00 Pool Day Pass is an excellent deal for a gorgeous setting with Heated Pool, Hot Tub & Waterpark Access. The Bar & Grill has great service, appetizing Salads, Sandwiches & Appetizers. Also, Live Music several days a week! A full day of fun and entertainment. ud83dude0e
Nice pool party... But the best thing regarding customer service was the friendly, accommodating and awesome lady attendant at the Event Center building. CLASS LADY! Give her a raise!
OMG this place is wonderful my family really enjoyed our stay. My kids didn't want to go home. We will be back soon.
Overall place is nice however they lack in upkeep of facilities. Kitchen cookware and cutlery partially broken but still placed out to use. Beds broken . House was not their “gold start standard”. Bugs throughout house on tile and pool areas are in dire need of insect spray and de webbing. Bit overpriced for what you get in the houses
