We ended up checking in late since I didn't get off work til after 6 and it's a 3.5 hour drive down. When I got there, none of the staff were wearing masks, so even though there was a plastic partition, it still made me uncomfortable. The room looked nice, but the beds were awful and extremely small. I didn't sleep at all because of how uncomfortable it was. Definitely not worth the price for such lack of comfort. Grab and go bags were served for breakfast here.
The hotel was clean, nearest restaurants were 10 minutes away either directions. At least the hotel allowed you a choice for breakfast in a bag. That was nice.l
Run don't walk!! The rooms are infested with bed bugs and the bathroom, closet, refrigerator, and dresser are over ran by cockroaches. We reported our room and the maintenance guy agreed and transferred our room at 11pm. Then the other room was the same, except the new room was not cleaned properly as there was syringes under the air conditioner as well as opened packets of Splenda. The hot tub had a dirt ring around it. We reported this room and was told there will be an investigation. The pest control supposedly inspected 2 days after check out. Of course there was no bugs reported in the room. I have pictures and proof as i guess the maintenance man was lying as well.
Nothing fancy but I have no complaints...decent indoor pool..close to good food joints...quiet..no drama..clerks were friendly...beds were 2 full size beds and I'm 250 lbs 6ft lol but I was spur of the moment needing a room but it was worth the money
Worst Western! Zero stars. Dirty rooms, understaffed, noisy, newly renovated but old beds, management unresponsive. Breakfast in a bag was sub standard. Unclean and poor accommodations overall.nnResponse by management below has nothing to do with COVID-19 protocols with a cut and paste reply. I tried to reach out to their manager before posting a review several times but no call back. Poor customer service and caring about their staff and property.
