Bicycle Doctor Nordic Ski Shop

Maciej (manager of the shop) is unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable about bikes. He did tune-ups on our boys' bikes, allowing them to observe everything, answering their questions and providing wisdom about keeping their bikes in shape -- and I'll be honest, he did not charge us enough for the time he spent with us! Truly genuine customer service. A great small-town business that needs the support of bike and cross-country ski aficionados during these difficult times!nnEdited to add: also awesome is that everyone at the business wears masks 100% of the time, and requires that of all customers! Good job guys!

I recently purchased new skis and boots at the Bicycle Doctor. Kyle did a great job of answering my questions AND asked ME all the right questions. Maciej helped me out with some waxing tips also which I really appreciated! If you are in the market for a bike or skis, Bicycle Doctor provides a quality shopping experience and service.

We live in a twilight zone these days and it is comforting and refreshing to know there are down to earth, high quality people who love the outdoor recreation industry and care about their customers as much as the staff at the Bicycle Doctor. I am a regular customer there for myself and my son and we genuinely just enjoy being in the store for a specific reason sometimes, or sometimes just to be around good people and browse.nnWhat sets them apart is their high level of expertise in all areas of cycling, nordic skiing, and roller skiing. The only sell the best product and see it as a priority that they only sell you something that they think is the right fit for you. Their positive attitudes present a comforting atmosphere like no other place I have been to.nnFrom a service stand point they do their best to accommodate you on the spot if time allows! They know how important it is to get you back on the road or trail. So many times they are willing to make simple fixes/adjustments quickly and with a smile. They treat my son like gold when he comes in and takes interest in what they are doing.nnKEEP THIS STORE RELEVANT and SHOP THERE INSTEAD OF ONLINE! South Easter Wisconsin needs them. They are the best shop in the land. We need to keep them healthy and relevant to keep us all enjoying the outdoors the way we like to. I test rode two Trek Farley 5 bikes and the customer service was exceptional (very accommodating). The store has a family atmosphere. I highly recommend the Bicycle Doctor :)

I stopped by at 4:56pm(4 minutes before closing)on Sun. 8/2 coming off the bike path with my front brakes not working. The 3 guys in the service department were AWESOME!!! They were so kind and fixed my brakes right away with no appointment. They saved me as I had an100 mile ride the next day. I highly recommend this bike shop! Thanks again for all your help!nKathleen
