It's the next nest thing to home. Debbie is the manager and is there for your every need. It's convienent location is a minute walk for groceries, pharmacies, Dr office's, hardware store's, hair salon's and of course Clearwaters beautiful famous beaches. There is a bus stop right across the Street that will take you anywhere you'd like to go in Pinellas County. Wether your here on vacation, in between moves or prefer a nice place to live without the headache of long term leases The Sunbeam has it all and much more!
Great hotel. Friendly staff. Very quiet and peaceful. If you need a place to stay for an extended period of time I definitely recommend this place.
Its ok. Management is nice and there's a really sweet cat that walks about. Someone left the kitty behind:(nThe area is quiet and keeps to theirselves .. the cottages are old and ac isnt that great. They do their best to keep up on pests, but my door was old and cracked so the buggers still got in. Other than that its andecent spot
Great place, super clean and quiet. They spray for bugs every month and it's the cheapest around by far.
