Not sure where all the bad reviews for the pharmacy are coming from. I went to get tested for Covid with my daughter and the woman administering the test had the most incredible customer service ever! The test by nature, is not pleasant, but she had us laughing through the entire process! Wish I got her name, but amazing job!

This is a great CVS store/pharmacy. The staff keeps clean and safe and wear masks and are kind and helpful. The pharmacist is very knowledgable and helpful.

This is the second CVS I went to for my pre approved Diabetes medicine, Mike was a bit rude, I asked him look up the item, he told me I had to call trulicity to get approved for a coupon, so I did, went back in, he acted very annoyed said gimme that paper, typed in the bad info from the other CVS and then told me its not approved, then said WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO. What happened to customer service?

Do not use this pharmacy. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent. I called at 7pm on a Friday regarding a prescription that had been sent in by my doctor that afternoon. They were open until 9pm but told me they would be unable to fill it that night. I asked when it would be ready, and they said by 11:00am the next day. When I went by at 1:30pm to pick up, they told me it would be 20 more minutes. I'm livid. This isn't the first time they've done this. I will be transferring my prescriptions.
