Had my recumbent bikes fixed gear issue and bad tire.He was diligent and helpful.Went to two other bike shops but they were useless. I thought he was knowledgeable and solved my problem.Best of all he was half the price of what another bike shop quoted. Honest man.
Mike is the Best! Stopped in last week because I had lost a Rear Derailleur Cable Adjusting piece for my new bike. The derailleur was not adjusted when I received it from Amazon - and I tried to follow the video to adjust it myself. I am NOT a bicycle repair guru. So, I lost a piece and was hoping to find a replacement without having to buy a lot of parts I do not need. Mike took about 15 minutes of his valuable time to look through his extra parts boxes until he found exactly what I needed. He was extremely friendly and gave me multiple tips for my new bike. If I have any problems in the future - or decide to purchase a new bike, I will definitely go back and see Mike at City Cycle & Supply.
Mike is very knowledgeable about bikes. Very smart also in diagnosing what was wrong.
Great guy...very knowledgeable!!
They were open but didn't let me in because he was too busy sitting down and using his phone when I was just trying to get a tube real quick
